Little Hulton Sure Start, Manchester This project, with Walker Simpson Architects comprises a new two storey framed structure bridging over and connected into an existing single storey nursery. Storey height trusses are incorporated on all sides and are supported on pairs of raking columns to create large column free spaces at ground floor and first floor. Full height folding glazed screens at ground floor open out into newly created terrace areas adjoining community workshop and cafe spaces.
Barlow Sports Centre - Manchester This is a new build sports hall project with Walker Simpson Architects for Barlow High School. The sports centre includes a hall with 4 badminton courts, a climbing wall, and a dance studio, as well as changing room and office facilities.
