With Stephenson Bell Architects the building has been converted to become their own offices and offices for let. The initial phase of the works allowed for a future extension of the building preparing it for two further storeys to be added.
Walsall Housing Group Offices Fronting the canal, Joule are designing this six storey concrete framed building for the Walsall Housing Group. The building incorporates a dramatic centrally positioned concrete circulation drum through which the structure derives its stability and a 4 storey cantilevered box over the canal housing meeting rooms and offices.
